here's a little spoiler for ya, I'm gonna quit one of my jobs this week wOOt.

ohhh today was a nice day actually, I woke up with the intention of going to work. Then my buddy and coworker called me and asked me to give him a ride. Just as he sat in the car we decided we didn't really go to work and would rather do something else. So we couldn't go home and couldn/wouldn't go to work so we just went to this parking lot and slept for a few hours (it's good to sleep with TOOL in the cd player :D)

Then of course LUNCH, we needed nurishment after all that sleeping (tee hee and thinking about those other bastards hard at work heh heh).

And then after driving around for a couple of hours I came home to post this, a wonderful day of doing NOTHING AT ALL.

And tomorrow, tomorrow I intend on doing nothing at all again since my bud is home alone. Then finally I actually plan on going to work on Wednesday and tell my boss "F*ck you man, I'm outta here"

here's something more for me to add.

Yesterday, July 30th. My bud probly could be called my best friend since I've known the guy since I was 7. Well he and another bud of mine (we 3 have known each other since we were 7) well they are going to a Metal festival in Germany called Wacken, I decided not to go. Well yesterday my bud the one mentioned before was home alone so we and a few other guys had a nice Mortal Kombat Trilogy tournament, the fact that I haven't played the game for years really showed heh heh, but I got back into it.

On my way home around 3:30 AM I was pulled over by the cops (damn you pigs), they were actually pretty darned nice, they were just asking what I was doing around that part of the town that late at night (I took a small drive before I went home, and for some reason drove into a place notorious for drug trafficing) and to tell my one of my rear lights were out. Anyhoo the cops just let me go after a nice conversation about Mortal Kombat, turned out one of they guys loved the game.

Went home browsed the boards and watched TV

ohhh did I mention I didn't bother showing up to work yesterday :D

And today, heh I woke up at 7AM, tired as f*ck, so I called the boss and said "f*ck you pal I quit" it felt good, and nice and now I'm happy. Ohh and I'm getting my pay cheque today :D

ugh, todays been a bad day. I mean physically and psychologically I am beat.

Got a call yesterday asked to come into work today and for the rest of the weekend. (this is not the job that I quit, this is my main job at a pretty big electronics store games, computers, tv's and such) Anyway this weekend is a kind of a national holiday thing, I think they have something similar in Britain called Bank Holiday weekend but I'm not sure. Basically the Monday is a kind of a national day off for the small people or normal workers store clerks etc.. and over the weekend they have these huge festivals around the country usually in remote places. Anyhoo today I went to work and DAMN, came in at 9 o'clock and started working and it was f*cking madness all day long like the friggin day before Christmas, I didn't have time to take a lunch break even things were so hasty, worked till almost 8 o'clock.

On a positive note I took a few games home from work, burned me copies of Neverwinter Nights and Jedi Knight II (sshhhh don't tell anyone ;)) and ICO for the PS2, had some install problems with NWN and I'm too f*cking tired even to think. Then played some ICO which because of it's slow artsy fartsy pace got me even more tired.

ohh and another thing, something that pissed me off today, I was working I was tired I was pissed off and in a general surly mood when I recieved a phonecall. A friend of mine who's in Germany attending the Wacken Metal festival. Telling me how great things were and how I should really regret my decision not to go with them and such.....then I really did regreat it, damned work and they're there watching Cannibal Corpse and others play live......IT'S NOT FAIR GODDAMMIT!!!!

now I'm tired and pissed off and in a general surly mood and I need some sleep. So I'll take my leave of you guys until tomorrow when I will no doubt have even more bad news of my boring day at work.

well, a little ranting for you guys.

The last few days have been quite uneventful, spent my time watching old X-Files episodes and playing Neverwinter Nights.
However lately I've been kinda depressed, don't know if that's the right word for it. You see, every year I've done something nice for myself. Bought something for my computer, which last year was a new processor and an harddrive and a laptop but that was for school.
However now I simply can't afford anything, usually when I spend big $$$ like I did then I get back up after a few months. However all my buds and most people I know are always broke, so I always end up loaning the bunch of them. And I haven't been able to get back up money wise. And getting payed by those broke bastards is a difficult job to say the least.

So now I'm feeling I don't know, kinda empty. All my equipment is getting on in age my laptop which was just a mid range thing feels too slow considering how I run my machine. SOF II and NWN have really showed my how old my main rig is getting. And my cellphone is almost 3 years old which makes it the longest running cellphone I've ever had.

I know this sounds like the ranting of a rich spoiled little brat, but I work hard for my money. School and work, 2 jobs during the summer I'm right now taking my first real vacation before school starts.

Here's a little more for you guys, see my brother got married a while back and he's been on his honeymoon. So I've had his car while he's gone.
Thursday he comes back, so I'll have to return it, I planned on giving him his car back with a full tank and polished. However I'm lazy and don't really feel like taking the time and doing it. But I'll end up doing it anyway.

And my buds came back from that Wacken festival in Germany, guess I'll meet up with them tomorrow and pick up that Hypocrisy or Cannibal Corpse Tshirt they promised me.
Kinda wierd how they couldn't afford to pay me what they owe me but could afford taking a trip to Germany.

Also got informed by mother that I'll have to help her and father with some work on the house. Which due too my lazyness I don't feel like doing :(

Looking at the views thing on the main page I noticed I only had like 81 views!!!
Is my life that uninteresting? I demand more people view my pointless rambling, or I just might....I don't know..do something :p

Anyhoo, my buds came back from that festival of theirs, damn them and their happyness, I don't like happy people and they were and are happy. I think I'll have to kill them, or atleast wipe that smirk off their faces.

They did bring me some stuff, TOOL's Opitate which complete's my TOOL collection. And a nice Cannibal Corpse Tshirt, it looks cool with a big skull and blood and bones. However whenever I am happy about something like that a gray cloud overshadows my happyness. My mom looked at the Tshirt, obviously didn't like the artwork, but then again she never likes that stuff or my taste in music. Then she took a better look and actually thought that one of the bones was a penis....A PENIS WTF. I looked at it, and it looked nothing like d!ck. So I explained to her, that is not a penis, it's a bone, with blood on it. Now I'm beginning to think my mom might be obsessed with penis's. And that scares me, it looks nothing like a f*cking penis (ever wondered what a wierd word that is, penis, kinda like pee-niss, or pee-in-this said really fast, but why in this, shouldn't it be out of this. But that's a whole other matter)
Now after arguing with my mother about how it looked nothing like a penis at all I left disgruntled and headed for my room. But I looked in the mirror, at that thigh bone, and now all I could think was that this thigh bone was a friggin penis. So now I'm stuck in this really damned cool Tshirt with a skull and blood and bones and an apparent boner which looks nothing like a penis or a boner.

Been quite some time since I posted last.

Todays my birthday...and the day's basically come to an end, as with my prior birthdays I got no gifts, haven't gotten a birthday present from my parents in years.....kinda sucks.

And as usual....nobody cept for my close family remembed...WooHoo

The worst thing about my birthday and it's date is...I always have to go to school because I have to pick up my perioud table....yes the day after tomorrow school starts ugh I know...it's horrible.
It seems like every year school starts earlier....well...every year it has, I remember when August was still a summer month for me and school didn't start until September....those were the days.

Well I'm not really in a writing mood right now....I guess I'll go to sleep and end another miserable day or go kill some kittens or something.

Today I had to do the one thing that really reminds you that summer is over and school is starting....I had to go buy books.

ugh so today was school day.

Strangely it wasn't too bad but the first few days usually aren't that boring. I'm quite looking forward to the freshman hazing or whatever it's called. We have quite a ceremony at my school involving....stuff, however some legal sh!t a while back severly limitied our freedom to be nice to the freshmen.

But it's still always a fun thing.

I'm wanting a new laptop bad now, since well current lappies are smaller faster and even cheaper than my IBM i1300. Damn the celery 750 :(

Well after reading Rya's post about her teachers I thought it would be a nice idea rant about mine. :)

Maths
I flunked last year....mostly because maths is far FAR from my strong side....and because I'm quite lazy aswell.
I don't have the same teacher as last year, that guy was great energetic guy (for a maths teacher anyway :p) and always in a good mood. And he was sick quite often which for a lazy guy is the dream :D
The new teacher, I don't know is a woman looks like she hasn't heard the word makeup or comb or haircut.....EVER. her hair is all over the place, which is cool as far as I'm concerned..you can just see she's a math head.

Spanish
The other course I flunked last year, not because I suck at it just because I'm lazy and never payed any attention in class...and didn't buy the books I was supposed to....and didn't show up in class all the time (jeez this is making me sound like the worst student ever). It's the same teacher as last year, she's tiny man a few inches from being a dwarf I swear.
But she's OK and always good for a laugh, because she's spanish and is speaking Icelantic but in a very spanish way. So it sounds all wierd and stuff. heh

Icelantic literature
Jebus, not the same course but the same teacher as last year, we called him the lumber Jack. He looks like he should live in the forest and have a shotgun in one hand and an axe in the other. But the guy's smart no doubting that.
I don't really know if I like him or not, I make fun of him and stuff but he's more strict then god I mean even he is all about forgiving and stuff.

Danish
My god danish...eegh I had to take that course this year because it's required. I hate the course so much. Just thinking about it makes me want to kill somebody. The teacher is this lady, seems like she's always in a good mood (seen her around on campus from time to time), but in class she turns into this domenatrix or something.
The one good thing is that I'm supposed to write an essay on the movie "I Kine spiser du Hunde" which is a pretty darned cool film.
Anyhoo I just might seek out Sammy's help from time to time since well, I think I might do there what I did in spanish last year.

History
Took this instead of Socioligy this year, the teacher looks like a nice guy. He's friggin huge, he should be a wrestler or a bouncer or something. But his head turns him into a nerd because it's shaped like an egg....seriously it's a funny thing.
It's a young guy, in his 30's, which kinda doesn't fit. I see my History teacher as an old guy....really old guy. But he seems nice all in all.

PE
ugh as much as I hate physical excersize it's a required course, need atleast 8 semesters of it, so PE every year for 4 years. Which I think is a stupid thing, this is college I'm supposed to be able to say no to this stuff.
Anyhoo the teacher is the same as always, a pretty cool guy actually, kinda on the strict, but has a sense of humor and likes to joke around with the students.
We get access to some new and huge gym which will be cool. I'll just play around on the stairmaster or whatever heh :p

Now, I don't have any cool subjects this year, I'm thinking about taking another English course since I'm good at it, I've finished every friggin computer they offer now because for some odd reason they decided to cut a few out. Anyhoo I didn't take many courses this semester mainly because.....you guessed it.. I'm lazy.

Well, not much going on today, went to work.
I bought a new mouse, a Logitech dual MouseMan optical. So far so good, my good'ol Logitech iFeel was crapping out on me :(

Something happened at work today though that changed something that's been a minor thing for me into something to be concerned about. People think I look like Jack Black.
For the last few months I've been hearing people say to me "dude, you look like Jack Black"
"Dude, you talk like Jack Black"
Dude you act like Jack Black"

Well today my boss who just came back from vacation told me "hey, I found your identical twin I was watching this movie ohhh what's name uhhh black something...ohhh yeah Jack Black"
My god, even he thought I was like Jack Black. I don't know what it is but just about everybody I meet that's so much as seen a pic of Jack Black says I look talk sound and act like him. ARGH.
I'm not so sure I should be proud of that, I mean every role he's in he playes a loser...I'm a loser true but..ohh forget it.

wow, it's been sometime since I updated. But I've been pretty damned busy as of late.

And well somethings are OK, nothing really new and great to report however there have been some pretty sh!tty happenings going on lately.
First off my fav place to eat....closed down. Me and a friend of mine developed this custom of always eating at the same place Popeys chicken. I LOVE THAT CHICKEN. But nooo it seems they weren't doing so well around here so the outlet closed down. How and why I don't know but they did....and it frelling sucks.

You'll notice I used the word frelling. Well that's the other thing. Farscape one of my favourite things in the world got frelling cancelled. WHY WHY WHY I ask, the show was doing well. but nooo the sci fi channel decided not to honor it's agreement and didn't pick up on season 5 of Farscape.
The worst thing about the cancellation is, they didn't get to resolve the ongoing plot, they were left in mid air. That is the worst thing that can happen to any show. They did it to Crusade, hell I still don't know if they found a cure to the plaque the Drakh gave to humans on earth. But that's a whole other sci-fi universe.

There are some huge Save Farscape campaigns that just may work going on. But there's little I can do but to sign the petition since I don't live in the US.

ohh well, I can only hope that it can work. Because I want no need more Farscape

Well it's been hella long since I last updated, not much has happened really.

I've slacked off in school.....which shows in the tests I've taken...funny thing is I don't really give a flying fudge.
After like 2 months of school I've come to the conclusion that the only cool teacher is my Human Hystory teacher, seems nice enough. And I don't know if it's some geeks 6th sense or something but I can almost sense the guys a latent Sci-Fi fan.....wierd maybe geek detection is my super power.

Let's see I got a new part time job designing the UI for a Web administration program which is cool, all though I haven't heard from the guy in a while which is not cool...but not too bad since I've been so lazy lately.

Umm let's see Farsape...still cancelled horrible just horrible. I'm still completly unable to accept this. Time to write some angry yet polite e-mails to send to some execs....but later since I'm too lazy to do so now.

Well there's this technoligy expo thing going on this weekend, a pretty big show with alot of cool stuff. I went there and I literally came home crying, my inner geek couldn't handle standing next to this gazillion dollar IBM rackmount, I don't break the law usually but all those computers and all those cell phones and all those pda's....I want them....no....I NEED THEM.

I think you should know that I am planning a break in, so if I don't post again ever I probly got caught and some guys are probly having their way with me in prison. The risk is huge I know but the benefits.....I get to satisfy my geekdom, I get too feed the greedy little geek within me.

ohh a good thing happened, I got an 8 in a history exam which is good, we grade things on a scale from 0-10 so an 8 is good and I'm happy. So I decided to celebrate I got's me some Farscape episodes and the newest StargateSG-1 episodes aswell so I have some viewing material over the weekend.

WHY WHY WHY Can't people write Baldurs Gate, why do people write Boulder, Baulder, Baluder, Bladder or whatever. Is it so damned hard to write Baldur? Hell I don't even like the game...never even played a single game in the entire BG series but why can't people just look on the friggin box they bought it says Baldur. This is like the Athlon thing, some people always have to write Athalon or Athelon or whatnot. DAMN YOU PEOPLE READ!!!!

And another thing, I've never played one game in the BG series but why is it called Baldur's Gate? I mean, of all the norse gods why Baldur, he was a very gay god and ended up getting killed. I mean you want proof that he was gay, he was the most beautiful of the gods and has a friggin flower named after him. Now how gay is that. I would have called the game Tyr's Gate or Heimdall's Gate atleast those guys were cool.

Well not much going on lately, school, work, sleep, repeat. Fun huh.

In some good news though it seems Stargate SG1 got a 7th season. Which is good I like SG1, while it's no Farscape (still cancelled BTW :( ) it's still very interesting.

It started snowing today, not much but a little. I always find it funny that I like it when it finally starts snowing, then after some time I curse the snow, then spring comes and I'll be happy....then I'll get sick of summer and start wanting the snow back It's the circle of doom I say.

hmmm let's see I had to write an essay in danish class today.....from a book I decided not to buy and spend my money on a mouse instead.....which was much more expensive than the book ever was. Sheesh.

And I have to write another essay over the weekend for human history class....I have no idea what it's supposed to be about....I need to pay more attention when I'm in class :p

Let's see I tried Vanilla Coke today, eegh it tastes like liquid ice cream with bubbles in it. But since the cola companies have like no ideas on what to do now adays and just add any flavour they can think of in the beverages I'm thinking about heading over the Coke or Pepsi HQ with my new invention....yes BANANA COKE and it's gonna be yellow. I'll make millions from this idea of mine. Think of it, millions of people drinking a soft drink that I thought of while taking a leak. It'll be great.

Now the download is just about finished so I'll go to sleep and dream about all the money I'm gonna make from my banana coke.

ugh I'm tired....

The store I work in is very busy now a days with Christmas being so close. So the store (an electronic superstore kind think Radioshack or something I don't know the names of the US stores) well the store is open from 10am to 10pm. And it needs to because things are like crazy.

I'm putting in up to 12 hours a day and it is ****ing wearing me out, but this is the 4th time that I'm working in the christmas rush....I survived it 3 times before and I'll just have to again.

Well, christmas is over. My hectic days at work are over and I can start doing part time again....and ohh yeah...school's started.

Woke up too late, was supposed to get my time table at 10:00am I woke up at around 14:00 (that's 2:00pm to you yanks).

I was thinking about something the other day, about this journal thingie and I relised something.....this is a friggin BLOG!!! And I hate those friggin bloggs beyond words. I do belive Ryu was the cause of this and I relised he tricked me into blogging. Damn you :mad:

But continuing with my blo....bah...journal entry things are going slow and at the same time fast. It's a wierd time. School and stuff. Ohh after I decided that I should join the crowd and get me a credit card....heh biiig mistake. Already bought a phone and I'm contemplating getting me a puter upgrade. Ohh well I've convinced myself that I need it.

Ohh what else...ohh yeah my laptop broke down on me today, seems the hard drive went to hard drive heaven.....with all my porn and MP3's grrrr. Went to the dealer they're gonna check it out and whatnot, see if they'll repair it or just give me a new one. Please god let them give me a new one.

wow, long time no update. Everything seems to be the same old same old. I was made a moderator a while back...cool, didn't even have to ask, but the funny thing is, everybody seems to think OT is this cesspool of spam, but I find myself wishing for mod powers in the Main Forum and so on, I've often felt there were threads there that didn't belong, while I really haven't had to do a lot in OT. Still the powers that be think modship is needed so I won't complain.

Ohh let's see, there was a problem with the laptop warranty, ended up having to pay some money for the repairs. Good news is that I ended up with 20gigs more hd space.

I spent the last few days making this website, me and my buddies thought it would be a good idea to start a website. I loved the idea so I started working on it, then I got some webspace and got the page up. Turns when you're the only computer geek in a circle of friends looking to create a webpage you end up doing all the work, wierd :rolleyes:
Well I did all the stuff and I'm semi happy with the results, I don't really like the UI I made (spent like a whole 10 minutes on making it) so I'll have to redo that when I feel like it. Then there was the thing with the name....none of us could think of a name for the site. I just decided to use the name of the folder I was working from as a name (síða_2, just means page 2 really)
