YES, the last time it rung it was lance, and he was talkin about how i need to stop treatin him like a kid or something, and that he grew up being treated like an ignorant and i need to stop it , and how he cant take it anymore...but i havent received anymore calls after that.

Then you havent beaten the game yet. Go back to your mansion or buy some assetts.

i already bought the ice cream factory thingy, and the boat place, i beat the checkpoint charlie in the boat place to get money from it, how do i get money from the ice cream factory? im trying to buy things but its real hard gettin cash now, because i have no missions i have to wait till my mansion generated the 5000.

When selling ice creams, if a one star level appears, drive around till it goes. It takes a bit of time to get over 50, but u start gettin cash after that.

BTW, I'm crap at the sunshine autos races, any advice?

ok well i sold 170 ice creams and so i got the asset for it, i bought pole position and also got the asset, and i have bought at least 3 other properties, and still no calls..........

Beat the Sunshine Autos missions, and use the NASCAR-style
car from upstairs. It's faster than any of the cars you race
against - the trick is to just get around them right away, head
to the front, and let them wreck into each other. That, and get
a good look at the map/layout of the race before you go to
the starting line.

I can't remember if you said you've completed the Vercetti
missions or not. It seems like after I did some of those, I'd
get phone calls right away - most of the phone call missions
took place immediately after I finished another mission.

Also, the printing press is the key. Once you start those
missions, you're getting close...
