go to the ryton aide near downtown and there is a pay n spray right next to it, just park a freeway or PCJ 600 and rob the ryton aide then drive right into the pay n spray, do that a few times it is a good way to get cash, and your estate should be generating money you just need to do the "asset completion" for it to start generating money.
